Once you click on Forgot details? link on any portal, you will be redirected to GPS home page, where you have to enter your (1) User Id , (2) Captcha and Click on (3) Continue button as shown below.

Once you click on Continue button, you will be redirected to Reset Password Page where you have to click on "(1)Reset Password" to reset password.

Once you click on Reset Password, you will be redirected to Reset Password by Duo Push/Voice/Passcode page where you have to choose any one authentication method for Duo Authentication as shown in (1) .

If you have selected authentication as "Send Me a Push" in the previous screen for authentication, you will get the notification message on Duo Mobile App then click on "Approve".

If you have selected "Call Me" in the previous screen for authentication method, then a voice call will go to your registered mobile number as shown in (1) Dialling Registered Mobile Number , you have to receive a call and follow the instructions in voice call.

If you have selected "Enter a Passcode" in the previous screen for authentication method, then a passcode will be sent on your registered mobile number. Enter the passcode received on your registered mobile number as shown below (1) .

After successful Duo Authentication, you will be redirected to Reset Password by Duo Push/Voice/Passcode page where you have to enter your "(1) New Password" according to the password rules as shown in "(2) Password Rules" .

Once you entered your new password, enter "(1) Confirm New password" . On password match, click on "(2) Submit" as shown below.

Once you click on Submit button, you will be able to see the confirmation message, then click on "(1) Done" as shown below.
